And Then The Rain Came

After a few blistering hot days, we had some rain today. They forecast some showers, but we had a few hours of downpour. It was that nice, rather warm, spring rain and everything smelled fresh and clean afterwards.

In December 2006, Laurie, who writes Crazy Aunt Purl, one of the blogs I read every day, wrote about Project 365 ...and it intrigued me. So, I thought I'd try it out...we'll see if I stick with it! I stuck it out...and now, after four years of taking a picture a day (except August 17, 2008 because I was unexpectedly in the hospital having J), I've decided that if I don't like the picture I took, I'm going to use a picture from another day. I will still take a picture a day, but I'm going to try to post pictures I like, especially if there is a recent day with multiple pictures that I liked...
