Everything about being in Kelowna made this little lady happy! She was the best corn shucker tonight and she was so excited to eat corn on the cob.

Learning To Take A Bottle

In order to get enough to eat, C needs to take a bottle. But she’s mad. And she doesn’t want it. She won’t take it from Alex, but she will take it, begrudgingly, from me if I put her on a pillow or a blanket as far away from me as possible. No holding her allowed. I miss holding my baby to feed her. I hope she gets over this soon!

Working Dog And Life Changes

Woof is a very important part of J’s life…she’s been taking him to daycare with her lately, but sometimes forgets him and that causes some bedtime trauma, so I’ve been “taking him to work” with me. She wanted photographic proof. So here he is working at my desk.

And we thought we might become a family of 4 tonight, but baby had other ideas. Which is good. It’s still too early.

Auntie Rebecca came over to visit tonight and brought J a rainbow bird mobile for her room.

J had her birthday party with her friends this morning. We had a picnic and the kids had fun at the water park. I forgot my bathing suit (umm, brain not functioning well...) but J made friends with the lifeguard and she was happy to take J down the waterslide (she's not tall enough to go on her own)

J and I went out for dinner with my mom tonight and then took the bus home...J loves the bus, but was confused about the multiple buses that went past us that we didn't get on.

Pink Butterfly Balloon On Steroids

Ummmm, yeah. This balloon is from J's cousin's birthday party. Fifteen days ago. It's up touching the ceiling still. What's up with that? The balloon must be super strong or maybe it's not filled with helium, anyone know?
