My Mom is here for the weekend and she brought all kinds of goodies for us, like a nice fan to keep us cool in the summer heat, some asparagus, some canning, and, courtesy of Rebecca and her new job, some tasty coffee and tea (THANKS REBECCA!). We made the Highlander today - it was yummy...and it's apparently the best seller. The Highlander is in its own special plastic bag so that the other bags won't take on its flavour. Too bad I can't seem to take a clear picture these days.
