Storm The Wall Practice
Because beating yourself up climbing over the wall when it's the real thing just isn't enough.

This reminds me of the wall at HPA during Olympics. Being that I was a light weight in high school, I was always chosen for this event. I distinctly remember being flung over the wall by Richard Bryson.
It's totally like the Olympics wall...I remember when they chose who got to be on the team for our class - great big strong football players and the smallest girls in our grade! I was always happy I didn't fall into that category!
