Christmas Eve Shopping Craziness

I had to go pick up one last gift on the worst possible shopping day ever. I found the "secret" till upstairs and waited behind only one other person. This particular store is at the corner of Granville and Broadway and if you know where the tills at this store used to be, that's where the line up reached when I came down the escalator. CRAZY. I'm so very glad I knew where the upstairs till was!

We took J to see the Wizard of Oz tonight. After we had some appetizers, dessert, and beverages at the Granville Island Hotel. J wandered around taking some very artistic pictures for us...

Today the daycare had a special holiday brunch for the kids and their families. All the kids got personalized mittens and the parents got special ornaments that their kids made. This is J's. She is pretty excited to hang it on the tree (which is not yet up).
