Ready For Advent

J's advent calendar is set and ready for her to get up tomorrow morning and read her first little slip of paper and (tomorrow) open a gift! Yay. I'm excited for Christmas to be here this year.

In December 2006, Laurie, who writes Crazy Aunt Purl, one of the blogs I read every day, wrote about Project 365 ...and it intrigued me. So, I thought I'd try it out...we'll see if I stick with it! I stuck it out...and now, after four years of taking a picture a day (except August 17, 2008 because I was unexpectedly in the hospital having J), I've decided that if I don't like the picture I took, I'm going to use a picture from another day. I will still take a picture a day, but I'm going to try to post pictures I like, especially if there is a recent day with multiple pictures that I liked...
