I can have coffee while I'm on the GAPS diet, just not with sugar or milk. I made myself a nice warm cup the other day at work and while I still prefer milk in my coffee, I'm getting used to it black...
*Okay, so after four years of taking a picture a day (except August 17, 2008 because I was unexpectedly in the hospital having J), I've decided that if I don't like the picture I took, I'm going to use a picture from another day. I took today's picture on January 5, 2011. I will still take a picture a day, but I'm going to try to post pictures I like, especially if there is a recent day with multiple pictures that I liked...
