Shannon Mix

Whenever someone in our family visits Denmark, we all cross our fingers that they bring back some Matador Mix. Well, I got to do one better...I got to make Shannon Mix at the Cologne Christmas Market on the South Bank...yum!!

In December 2006, Laurie, who writes Crazy Aunt Purl, one of the blogs I read every day, wrote about Project 365 ...and it intrigued me. So, I thought I'd try it out...we'll see if I stick with it! I stuck it out...and now, after four years of taking a picture a day (except August 17, 2008 because I was unexpectedly in the hospital having J), I've decided that if I don't like the picture I took, I'm going to use a picture from another day. I will still take a picture a day, but I'm going to try to post pictures I like, especially if there is a recent day with multiple pictures that I liked...
