On our way to the doctor today to get Baby J immunized, a loud squawk came from the back seat. A loud prolonged squawk. When we got to a stop light, I pulled my seat belt off, felt around in her car seat and discovered she had decided to spit her soother out. She took the soother and stopped squawking. I did this all by feel...I couldn't see around the side of the car seat.
A few minutes later, after we had parked the car, I went to get the stroller out of the trunk and saw this baby through the back window. I think she spat the soother out because she couldn't see, so the squawking wasn't originally because of the missing soother...it just got louder when she couldn't see *AND* her soother was missing!
